start with a 30-day walk-through list after closing and follow up with an (11 month) 1 Year list as well. Of course, if problems should arise during the year, you can call our office 24
hours a day to speak with a builder representative during normal business hours or leave a message after hours. Our goal is to resolve any issues promptly and professionally to the complete
