During our recent home search, our family looked at a lot of homes in the $275,000-$500,000 price range. We were very impressed with the quality of this home for the money. An open floor plan was very important to us and this model definitely has that. We also love the hard wood floors, nine-foot ceilings throughout the house, master suite, and serviceable yet attractive kitchen with lots of storage space.
Walking into a new home without all of the hidden quirks of an older, lived-in home is a great benefit. Plus, we were able to make a few additions to the home that were important to us. Rockbrook Builders worked hard to accomodate our wishes in the brief time we had before closing, and continue to be accessible if we have any questions today. with Rockbrook Builders. We really love our new Rockbrook home!
We have built three homes from the ground up and have much knowledge of the construction and design of new homes. Our experience with Rockbrook Builders has been exceptional. We looked
at several homes and found the Rockbrook home to be our favorite for many reasons.
Our home has features that would be considered up-grades in most other homes and we recognize and believe it is well worth the money. Tile and solid surface counter tops in the children’s
baths are an example. The only improvements we would recommend for our Rockbrook home are a few minor items we might have changed, had we purchased the home earlier during the construction
process. We want to stress the features in the home that really please us. The master bedroom is spacious but what we really appreciate is the size of our children’s three bedrooms,
including the great walk-in closets. All this room really helps us to stay organized.
This house has made very good use of the 3,407 square feet. We entertain and reconnect with our family and friends in the open space that our kitchen, family room, casual eating area
and hearth room inhabit. Eric and I especially enjoy curling up in front of the fire in the hearth room and feel like we have a private sanctuary even though the children are only a few
feet away in the family room. We can be together but doing our own thing. We really utilize the main floor laundry and appreciate the room’s size.
The dining room and Eric’s office flank the homes attractive open entry and we really like how this area makes people feel welcome when they come to our home. Because Eric’s
office is apart from the daily activity of the household it could be used in many other ways, a library, reading room, or guest room. We like having that flexibility.
The men we worked with in the field, you, Dave and Jake, were professional, friendly, courteous and on time! My experience working with you and the rest of the Rockbrook team was as stress-free
as a relocation experience can be with three small and active boys. You were positive, ethical and you helped us resolve the issues that always arise in creating a new home for your family.

Dreams do Come True!
We are writing this letter in testament of the excellent workmanship and honesty of Tim Lowndes President of Rockbuilders and the Team of Rockbrook Builders – homebuilders.
We had a dream of how we wanted our home to look. Tim Lowndes and his team, Rockbrook Builders made the dream a reality. They helped us in the planning and in the revisions as the home construction transpired.
As the building progressed we noticed that The Rockbrook Team had the respect of the sub-contractors. Therefore we ended up with a quality home that we could not believe possible. They put the workmanship into this home as if it was going to be their own.
While building our home we talked with other friends and were totally surprised at what difficulties they were having with their contractors. We did not experience any of those difficulties and the process was overwhelmingly easy and pain free. Rockbrook Builders stayed on track and turned our dreams into reality.

My father was a homebuilder, so I was raised to recognize all levels of quality in home construction. When asked if there were any improvements I would recommend for my home, I would have
to answer that I really cannot add to what you were able to accomplish on our project. It is much more than I had expected.
We have built several new homes over the years. Our last house we built, we spent two years designing and building the perfect house. I didn’t think we would ever find such a home
again, especially with the time constraints we had. Our villa really feels spacious and it has everything we need. The custom touches that elevated our home over other builders include:

the quality per square foot of the Illinois
